With its acquisition by SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria GmbH (SPIE GSA), a wholly owned subsidiary of SPIE S.A., ROFA INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AG is entering an exciting new chapter in its corporate development. SPIE is the independent European market leader in multi-technical services for the energy and communications sectors, employing around 55,000 people across 38 countries.
Together with SPIE, we will strategically combine and further expand our strengths in industrial automation, intralogistics, and technical project execution—areas in which ROFA has long been recognized for its exceptional expertise.
