Simon Impler Awarded Bavarian State Prize
ROFA Trainee Impresses with Excellent Graduation
Every year, the Government of Upper Bavaria, on behalf of the Bavarian State Government, awards State Prizes to graduates who complete their training with exceptional achievements. Simon Impler, a recent graduate of ROFA INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AG’s Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems program, is among the top achievers and has been honored with the Bavarian State Prize.
During his apprenticeship, Simon not only acquired technical knowledge but also practical experience that prepared him perfectly for his professional future. “We are delighted that Simon has decided to continue his career with us,” says Markus Hermanns, HR Manager of the ROFA Group. Simon himself shares, “The training at ROFA was an exciting and educational time for me. I was particularly inspired by the team spirit and the variety of tasks. Now, I look forward to expanding my knowledge and skills as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems within the ROFA environment.”
