The choice of the right application and robot technology is crucial for quality and economy in the production process.
Whether screwdrivers, grippers, or production materials, we offer solutions in the area of application for any system. We work in robot technology with all known manufacturers such as KUKA, FANUC, or ABB in accordance with our customers’ specifications. Changing systems and 7th axles can be integrated depending on project requirement. The great challenge in screwing and handling components such as rear axles or high-voltage batteries for electric cars is in integrating and simulating multiple robots in one robot cell.
We mostly use this technology in the area of unit assembly and high-voltage battery assembly. The field of application for the corresponding robots ranges from very small (approx. 20 kg) to extremely large (approx. 1,300 kg) load capacities.
